Move the mask's bone around so the mask is properly in position

Using C.A.T.S combine the 2 armatures 

Click on the mask, hold shift, click on your model of choice's head, then Ctrl+J

Bam! you're done!

*You can use a dissolve or alpha mod animation to toggle it on/off if you so choose
